The Gardens

I have been meaning to post these pics for a couple of weeks, but just never got around to it. On the last Tuesday in August, my mom took us to the Gardens at Thanksgiving Point. Gorgeous! It was a beautiful day for wandering through the gardens. This was my favorite plant. I need these when I have my own house someday. Anyone know what they're called?
This little guy decided to say hello. He just flew over and landed by us, and wasn't afraid of us at all. He didn't even budge until Jack almost stepped on him. Even then he flew a few feet away, and then let me get right up to him and take some pics. Isn't he pretty?
