Yesterday my mom took our family and Tyler, Sheena and the girls to the Museum of Ancient Life at Thanksgiving Point. None of us had been before. It was so cool! I would love to go back some time without the little one's and really look at everything and read all the signs. I think Sophie couldn't have cared less, but Jack LOVED it! He was fascinated and wanted to know the name of every dinosaur. He touched all the "hands on" exhibits, played a little in the erosion table, and dug a little for bones (he was getting tired by that point). Sophie's favorite part was the fossil digging. She threw a fit when we had to drag her out.
It was the museum's birthday bash, so all the dinosaurs has birthday hats on.These kids sure love each other! I wish they could get together and play more often.
No face painting for Jack, of course. Someday he'll decide it's ok.
Thank you, thank you mom! We all had a fantastic time!
