Happy Early Easter!

With Easter also being conference weekend, and my mom also working that Saturday, she decided to have Easter a week early. So on Saturday we went to her house for dinner and an egg hunt. It was a little cold outside, so she hid the eggs in the house. Jack loved it, and just ran around singing the whole time. Sophie, however, was not interested at all. She found one egg, opened it, and found some chocolate inside. So all she cared about was getting that chocolate open. Unfortunately, Tyler and Sheena and the girls live far, far away, and Deb and Logan couldn't come down that weekend, so it was just us. We missed everyone! But we still had a great time. Thanks, mom!

Sue is going to be in Arizona for Easter, so she also had Easter a week early. Yesterday we spent the evening at their house for dinner, two egg hunts (the little kids get to hunt in the back yard, and us big kids get to hunt (crazy) in the front yard for dollar bills in eggs!), and hidden baskets in the house. Sophie did much better with this egg hunt. She opened the first egg, realized it was empty, then started to figure the whole thing out.

My handsome boy in his new shirt and jeans.

The dress. See my craft blog for more about the shrug. : )

Constantly in motion. I took probably 50 pictures trying to get one decent shot of that shrug.

The most exciting part was that little mister Boston was FINALLY able to come!!! The doc said it would be ok, as long as everyone was healthy. He had never been around so many people before, and he was happy as can be! He especially loved me. : ) I had him laughing several times. Isn't he adorable?!

Happy Easter!

OK. That's it. Your kids are simply adorable. Love the shrug? I didn't even know there was a name for it other than jacket. Or sweater. Sheesh, Val. All the things you could teach me...
